Pizza To-Go

If you haven't been living under a rock for the past few years, then you know food trucks are all the rage these days, but this has got to be the ultimate food truck.

Jon Darsky's San Fran based food truck Del Popolo is fashioned out of a 20-foot shipping container and features a traditional Italian-made wood burning oven.

This mobile culinary caravan tweets it's latest location and San Fran foodies line up for some of the cities' best pizza.

Del Popolo is definitely going to the top of my list of places to nosh during my upcoming Fall trip to San Francisco. Do you have favorite food trucks in your hometown?

Scenes from The Weekend: Wedding in VT

I'm a little late on this post, but hopefully it was worth the wait!

It was a beautiful weekend for a wedding in Vermont. We headed up early on Friday, and made it in time for a lovely dinner at Simon Pearce (one of my favorite restaurants anywhere, which I posted about this past Winter.)

We squeezed in a beer tasting at Long Trail brewery.

The sun came out just in time for a swim and a glass of rose.

Thanks Vermont! It was a blast!
