One of my favorite things about my visit to Spain was the Mario Testino exhibit at the Thyssen museum in Madrid. I love his photography - so feminine! The photographs were so stunning and the outfits (if they were wearing any!) were enviable. Definitely worth seeing if you have the chance!

truffle shuffle

Some girls get diamonds. Some girls get furs. Some girls even get gift certificates to The Honey Baked Ham. But last week I got a way better gift: a truffle from Eataly's doorbuster sale.

It was promptly turned into Black Truffle Macaroni & Cheese. There is no photographic evidence of this event because it was promptly eaten and loved. Find the recipe I used (more or less) here.
