no snobs allowed

maar_nav_h

This month, Bon Appetit has a great article about snob-free dining in Paris. I'm dying to try Drouant, an Art Deco style restaurant that serves "....a selection of verrines (foods served in little glass jars)—such as fresh goat cheese with olive oil and basil, or salmon rillettes with preserved lemon—accompanied by a basket of bread for slathering." Whoa.

Check out the article here.

p.s. I'm sad Gourmet is gone, but I was always a fan of Bon Appetit and continue to be one. What do you guys think?

@Poetess - Gourmet was a food magazine that closed a few years ago. Bon Appetit is a rival magazine and has been doing well.

@Selma - HA! Fat free, right?
