Guess who stopped by my office for a visit this past week? The Barefoot Contessa herself! I totally geeked out and snapped her picture. I absolutely love Ina Garten. Her show is like visiting a spa. OMG loving Ina!!!!! That's the best surprise ever!
Ina is the best. I use her peanut butter frosting recipe every time I'm called upon to bring dessert. I have tweaked her Mexican Chicken Soup recipe a bit, but it is my know-by-heart, make-every-other-week-in-winter soup.
Her chicken salad is the bomb.
She's interesting. Never tried one of her recipes though. I'll have to try the tomato soup!

I too love her!!! My favorite recipe is the portobello mushroom lasagna, so good... You lucky girl. Did you get to talk to her? Is she as nice as she seems on tv?
