Soft spot for Soft Shell...

I love me some seafood. In fact, I'm on the see food diet; I see food, I eat it. So naturally, this NY Times article about soft shell crab recipes thrilled me to no end. I love the idea of Oyster Cracker crusted soft shell crab this summer. Find the recipes here.
