Speaking of travel - I'm going to Costa Rica in a week!
Any tips? I've never been and would love to get some suggestions.

I've been there! Everyone says "Pura vida" over there...it's like a motto of CR. DO you speak Spanish? I did fine with my elementary Spanish. Enjoy your trip!
