Take a look at this lil lady: a sweet n' sour mai tai from No.7 restaurant in Brooklyn. The recipe calls for Thai chile infused dark rum and soy infused white rum. Don't think I'll be infusing ma own rums any time soon, so I guess it's off to No.7 I go!! That grilled pineapple garnish has me drooling on my keyboard. Cheers!! Happy Monday :)
