thanks ina!

I have been so tempted to make this recipe for Tagliarelle with Truffle Butter and Stuffed Chicken, but it's been hot as hell in NYC and I fear that if I turn on my oven, I'll melt.

Do you guys ever cook with Truffle products? I have Truffle Oil and I feel so fancy whenever I use it on pasta, soups or eggs.

If you live somewhere cold like Alaska and want to make this dish - find it here.

That looks insanely delicious! I complain about the heat every single day, I also want to bake something without fearing death... I cook with truffle oil too.
Happy Monday!

not to blow up your comment queue, BUT! i made the tagliarelle with truffle butter for the first time for valentine's day (and then multiple times thereafter)...and ina knows what's up when it comes to gorgeous, over the top tagliarelle. cannot recommend enough.
